Complex worth 2.5 billion rubles (means corporations - 1.5 billion rubles) includes construction in the suburbs of the city of Stavropol Territory Minvody exhibition space, which will be the largest in the county and one of the most advanced in Russia.

Corporation was established in 2010 to attract investment to the region. According to the official website of the company, its goals for 2011-2015 are to assist in the implementation of not less than 120 investment projects, involving no less than 70 billion rubles of private investors, the formation of the three years of its own portfolio of 30-40 projects.
