1. Введение

1.1.  Настоящее Положение по расследованию причин отказов погружного оборудования на промыслах ОАО «Юганскнефтегаз», в дальнейшем «Положение» устанавливает порядок расследования причин отказов и некатегорийных аварий «полетов» на скважинах оборудования УЭЦН, работу исполнителей на всех этапах расследования, систему материальной ответственности. Положение разработано на основании технических условий и руководства по эксплуатации УЭЦН заводов-изготовителей, технологических процессов на ремонт УЭЦН, опыта организации работ по эксплуатации, обслуживанию и ремонту УЭЦН в ОАО  «Юганскнефтегаз»  и в других нефтяных компаниях России. Данное Положение является руководящим документом для всех структурных подразделений, служб ОАО «Юганскнефтегаз» и сервисных предприятий принимающих участие в ремонте, эксплуатации и т.д. УЭЦН (согласно условия договора с Сервисными предприятиями).

1.2. Настоящее положение  устанавливает единые требования по расследованию причин отказов погружного оборудования, организации и проведению Дня качества в ОАО «Юганскнефтегаз».

1.3.  Целью проведения Дня качества является выявление причин преждевременных отказов погружного оборудования УЭЦН и разработки мероприятий по повышению надежности погружного оборудования.

2. Общие положения

2.1. Принятые термины и обозначения:

УЭЦН – установка электроцентробежного насоса, включающая центробежный насос, протектор с компенсатором или без него, погружной электродвигатель, погружной кабель, газосепаратор (входной модуль), наземное электрооборудование и другое дополнительное оборудование

Наземное оборудование – трансформатор (ТМПН) и станция управления либо частотный преобразователь для электропогружной установки, включая силовую кабельную линию от станции управления до разделительной  клеммной  коробки.

День качества – производственное совещание специалистов, ответственных за эксплуатацию механизированного фонда скважин.

Затянувшийся ремонт –  УЭЦН в работу не запускался в работу после монтажа и начала спуска.

Повторный ремонт – УЭЦН отработал 2 и менее суток с момента первого запуска.

Преждевременный отказ – УЭЦН отработал более 2 и менее 30 суток, а также от 30 до 180 суток.
