The tests were conducted at the site of the main pipeline that supplies water from the Krasnoyarsk CHP-3 in the Soviet area.
Under the terms of the tests are carried out without hot water for heating networks. However, the experts `` Krasnoyarsk heating was developed reserve water supply scheme, which allowed to test without tripping hot water with consumers. Test results will be submitted to the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation to the approval of regulatory heat loss values established for the next 5-year period.
