Bauxite mining in the I quarter of 2005 compared to the same period in 2004 decreased by 0.1%. Russian mining of nickel ore decreased by 7.2% tin - 29% Tungsten - by 28.4%, production of apatite concentrate - by 2.8%, copper - 0.6%, lead - by 60.7% , zinc - by 1.8%, molybdenum - by 16.2%. Gold mining in Russia in I quarter of 2005 decreased by 4.7% compared with I quarter 2004 In March 2005, gold production increased by 0.2% compared to March 2004 and by 14% compared to February 2005
