Investment in the project will amount to more than 5 billion rubles, capacity - 350 tons of tons of finished steel products annually. Construction is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2013, the company has already received the land acquisition act.
`The plant will produce about 20 kinds of products - Rebar, rolled, angle, and cast billet. We plan to steelmaking and rolling mill. The raw material will be scrap metal with the ability to use up to 30% of pellets.
The payback period of the project amount, 3.5-4 years#39;, - says Vladimir Yurchenko.
