A separate topic of the meeting was the conditions of participation in the construction of hydropower plants on the Naryn River, the third parties concerned, previously expressed such an intention.

The parties discussed in detail the uncoordinated points of the draft agreement on hydropower facilities. It has been agreed that by September of this year to prepare a draft agreement on the construction of hydroelectric power stations, bring it for discussion and to prepare for signing.

On the question of the possibility of duty-free oil supplies from Russia to Kyrgyzstan, it was decided to consolidate certain volume of oil products intended for domestic consumption, according to the existing scheme.
