Nizhny Novgorod Region 1 HALF TO 2.2% increase in Industrial Production
In the Nizhny Novgorod region in the 1st half of the index of industrial production for the full range of businesses 102.2% compared to the same period last year (APPG). The volume of shipments of goods of own production and the work and services in current prices increased by 27.6% for the full range of enterprises and 48.7% for large and medium-sized enterprises, amounting to the sum of the full range of businesses 110.7 million rubles ( large and medium-sized enterprises - 80.7 million rubles).
The increase in production for the full range of enterprises provided by the pulp and paper industry, publishing and printing industry (growth in the industry by 17.5%), manufacture of electrical and optical equipment (9.1%), chemical industry (for 8, 7%), metals and fabricated metal products (by 7.7%) and petroleum products (by 0.9%).
In addition, the shipment volume of produced goods and works and services for the full range of businesses in current prices amounted in January-June 2005, 143.4 billion (an increase of 12% in current prices) for large and medium-sized enterprises - 134 , 2 billion rubles (11.3%). At the same time significantly - by 14.1% reduction in the index of mining production in January-June. According to the regional government, it shows a significant decline in this type of activity, with more significant rate of decline display in large and medium-sized enterprises to reduce production by 24.1%.
