British oil and gas company Regal Petroleum announced the discovery of a large natural gas field in north-eastern Romania. Its reserves, according to preliminary data, up 684 million barrels of oil equivalent. According to experts, this is the most significant discovery in the country in recent years - #39;depression#39; as in the growth of oil and gas reserves, as well as in their production. For comparison - the largest in the region of the Austro-Romanian SC Petrom-OMV has proven hydrocarbon reserves of about one billion barrels of oil ekvivalenta.Nedavno British company Falcon also found in the same area of the country an important gas field.
