`FGC` BUILD ANOTHER OLYMPIC substation in Sochi
Power facility will be the fourth 110 kV substation closed, built by Federal Grid Company to provide electricity Olympic facilities in the mountain cluster.
Innovative equipment substation will be located in a building area of over 1000 square meters. m power facilities equipped with two three-phase power transformers, gas-insulated switchgear of complete unit (GIS) 110 kV, complete switchgear 10 kV, as well as auxiliary transformers and Peterson coils. Protection of the equipment will provide the latest microprocessor relay protection and emergency control.
The total capacity of the substation transformer is 80 MVA. Completion of construction of the 110 kV substation Sport scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2013.
