Diesel power TOWNSHIP VALDAY were modernized
The modernization of village diesel power will significantly increase the reliability of power supply and allow the Valdai more economical use of fuel for power generation.
Consumers village Valdai region of Karelia in Segezhskiy receive electricity from diesel power serviced Society `Prionezhskaya Grid Company`.
As described in the Society `UCS #39;on diesel power in this village diesel generators were installed in 1972, 1987 and 2001 model years. They have long outlived their usefulness, and it became necessary to replace them.
Currently, instead of the older units DES Valdai installed two new diesel generator set `Cummins C 500 D5` capacity of 360 kW each, with the possibility of parallel operation.
