Trutnev PROPOSES TO MAKE NEW LAWS FOR EFFECTIVE USE OF MINERAL
Natural Resources Minister Yuri Trutnev proposes new laws for the effective utilization of mineral resources. He said this in Kazan during a meeting with the President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev.
