During football games the lower tiers of seats can be moved forward by 12.5 mm, the fans could not be closer to the action.
Work on the construction of the center began in 2010, after a delay caused by the 2008 financial crisis and the high cost of construction. Dragages Singapore, the lead partner of the sports complex, said that construction is well underway and will be completed on schedule.
