NOTEBOOK WITH TWO SCREENS AND MUCH MORE

NOTEBOOK WITH TWO SCREENS AND MUCH MORE
NOTEBOOK WITH TWO SCREENS AND MUCH MORE

Windows 8 is an unusual and rather bizarre hybrid touchscreen and a traditional desktop environment, but because apart from tablets and laptops with touch screens, we will see a lot of different hybrids and experimental models attempting to most effectively combine these two dissimilar world. Perhaps some of the strange solution currently receive widespread in the future - who knows.

Especially interesting to see the experiments of one of the leading manufacturers of Samsung Electronics in the field of hybrid computers based on Windows 8. Most non-standard solution is perhaps the prototype dual screen laptop. At first glance, this is the usual thin laptop (or ultrabook if it#39;s Intel-system) with compact metal housing, the non-touch screen, with the island keyboard, a large touch screen and a web-cam on the frame of the screen.

But when you close the device is unusual thing - in the case enters a second touch screen, built-in lid of the laptop. Yes, again it#39;s about trying to combine a full-featured notebook with a tablet thanks to the dual nature of Windows 8. It is interesting that Samsung offers to use it with a tablet screen digital pen brand S-pen.

On the cover is installed, another is already back of the camera (for video calls rather, because of its use as a camera can be difficult - the #39;tablet#39; still pretty dimensions and heavy). It looks like it was quite functional. But will there be a similar device - the big question.

The fact that it is clearly overweight ultrabuka and, unlike most of the mobile PC, a significant part of the weight unit is enclosed in the top cover (possibly located therein, and a large part of the components).

Next to that device company showed another prototype, whose appearance in retail is much more likely. It is Samsung#39;s response to the issue of Retina-laptop Apple - 13-inch Series 9 Ultrabook thin screen 2560x1440 (already present on the market version has a resolution of 1600x900) - in Windows 8 means to scale significantly improved, especially in the sensory environment, so that increases in resolution should only add clarity, and not to make the items awfully small. Another plus device - matte finish screen. On the stand, interestingly, demonstrated an engineering sample, which was collected only a week earlier.

The emergence of such a device on the market would like to see soon.

Also, the glass company showed a number of interesting prototypes of computers created with the expectation to work on Windows 8. For example, a small tablet Memo PC with guttate profile, designed for use with a stylus S-Pen.

Another example is a fairly stylish white notebook-transformer Swivel Design with a touch swivel screen on a metal hinge.

The third prototype of the glass was quite a strange concept Binder, whose screen is somewhat reminiscent of displacement mechanism carriage typewriter - `` for various applications.

Another example of thinking engineers Samsung, looking to combine the tablet and laptop environment is the concept of Slide, the screen is tilted at different angles and shifts on a physical keyboard, turning the device into a tablet.

Pop up - an analogue of the previous model, but noticeably brighter and more eye-catching. Thanks to a special mechanism, the screen is fixed in a stable upright position. Samsung also points to the improved ventilation of the device.

Perhaps this performance will also find its fans.
