Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works has received the approval of the manufacturing process shipbuilding known certification company `Bureau Veritas` (France).

The scope of certification covers the entire process chain for the production of MMK shipbuilding steel - the oxygen-converter shop and LPC-9, which is located plate mill 5000, and includes smelting processes, quality control, doping and rolling ultrasonic inspection sheet. The certificate is five years. Getting it will expand the possibilities for CMI in the market of shipbuilding steels, and is a testament to the high quality of products and combine evidence of a significant production potential.

The need to obtain the approval of Bureau Veritas has arisen in connection with the planned supply for shipbuilding under construction in France amphibious assault ship Mistral helicopter carriers such as ``, which must be received by the Navy Russia.
