MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES DAGESTAN STRENGTHENS FIGHT AGAINST ILLEGAL MINING

August 24 at the Ministry of Natural Resources RD held a meeting to implement the orders of the head of the republic Magomedsalam Magomedov, the data on the results of the retreat of 9 August this year, on the illicit production of common minerals on the coast of the Caspian Sea.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment RD Shamil Magomedov, deputy ministers, heads of subordinate organizations, heads of departments and inter-committee on ecology and nature.

Following the discussion, the leaders were instructed inter-district environmental committees to take under special control of compliance with environmental laws in their area, to carry out continuous monitoring of the coastal strip of the Caspian Sea on the subject of illegal extraction of common minerals, and was instructed to immediately report incidents of illegal extraction of common minerals on the territories under their control in the Department of Geological Survey Ministry of Natural Resources.

During the meeting it was also decided to prepare a single schedule of trips employees of the department of geological supervision of the Civil Code `and` Dagkaspmorberegoohrana MRC products in the territory of the coastal strip of the Caspian Sea.

Sh Magomedov also instructed the Ministry of Natural Resources Division of the geological supervision of RD, MRC leaders together with members of the Interior to intensify efforts to detect and prevent illegal development of common minerals on the coast of the Caspian Sea.
