Federal Agency for Subsoil Russian Ministry of Natural Resources has announced a competition for the right to develop the vent, and the Five Year Argun uranium deposits in the Chita region.
The competition will take place in early September. This is the official portal of the Federal Agency for Atomic Energy.
For the first time in ten years, the government will put up for tender uranium assets in Eastern Siberia. The only candidate for the development of their corporation TVEL considered.
These deposits are located in Krasnokamensk area. All of them have been explored in the 90#39;s. Stocks Argun deposit of 4.8 million tons of uranium, vent - 3 tons, the Five Year - 1.3 thousand tons.
