IN THE BELGOROD REGION OPEN UP THE INDUSTRY A BIOGAS PLANT

In Prohorovsky District inaugurated a biogas plant (BGS) `Lucky` Company `AltEnergo` - the first Russian industrial BGS built for the processing of waste and meat processing plant breeding and hybrid center of Agro-Belogorie ``. This small plant capacity of 2.4 MW for the year can supply electricity to the population of Prokhorovka area.

Acting Governor of Belgorod region Yevgeny Savchenko noted that in Germany, which is incommensurate with the territory of Russia, operates 10,000 bioenergy plants, and expressed confidence that in a decade, and in our country, they will be less.

In the year BGS `Lucky` will process about 75,000 tons of animal waste, producing 19.6 million kWh of electricity and 18.2 thousand Gcal of heat energy, and more than 66.8 tons of highly organic bio-fertilizer. The technological process at the station launched in March 2012. June 15 at the facility have developed the first biogas. June 26, the generator produces a network of first `green #39;electricity, and August 5, its volume exceeded 1 million kWh. September 16 BGS `Lucky` The design capacity: daily maximum production was 51,362 kWh.

In general, the network entity has issued more than 2,000,000 kWh for the experimental fields of the area logged nearly 2,700 tons of bio-fertilizer.

The project is implemented within the framework of long-term target of `Creation of capacity for recycling agricultural agriculture Belgorod region in 2012-2014 #39;. Originally, it called for the installation of three types of alternative energy sources: wind turbines, solar panels and the largest in Russia biogas plant capacity of 2.4 MW. To date, all sources successfully put into operation.

The project is aimed at improving energy security and reducing the environmental impact on the environment in the area of agribusiness.

The region has more than thousands of agricultural enterprises, which annually produces about 15 million tons of organic waste. By recycling in biogas plants of them can get about 230 MW of capacity, providing electricity and heat to more than one million residents of the region (75% of the population). Currently in the region is only slightly more than 5% of the electricity.

In the process of implementation of the regional program for the development of renewable energy sources by 2020, the share produced in the field of alternative energy will increase significantly.

Along with generation of electricity and heat widely used in agriculture BGS is able to solve the problem of disposal of animal waste, reduce emissions of greenhouse gases to obtain an environmentally friendly fertilizers and create new jobs.
The principle of BGS #39;Lucky#39;: bio-waste plant and animal origin utilized by anaerobic digestion (fermentation) by anaerobic microorganisms. This produces biogas and liquid fertilizer that can be directly applied to the soil, improving its fertility and completely or partially replace traditional mineral and organic fertilizers. After the fermentation process gas through the cooling system and cleaning the block enters the CHP, which produce electricity and heat.
