SHARP preparing tablet with IGZO-DISPLAY
The Japanese company Sharp was the first manufacturer to present ready-scale device with a liquid crystal display IGZO-based semiconductors. Smartphone named Aquos Phone Zeta SH-02E winter becomes available telecom operator NTT DoCoMo. But that#39;s not going to stop Sharp.
According to the source, the Japanese manufacturer is also preparing to release a 7-inch tablet Aquos Pad SHT21 with IGZO-screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Due to economical display, this novelty is about 2.5 times longer battery life compared to its predecessor. The tablet has a 1.5 GHz processor Snapdragon S4 MSM8960, 1GB of RAM, a 16 GB flash drive, slot microSD, supports Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, 4G.
Battery capacity is 3460 mAh.
The novelty will be available in mid-December in the range of national provider KDDI.
