Luxel Vx-9600 CTP - this is one of a series of new systems of p from FUJIFILM, in which technology is implemented multi-entry to the inner surface of the cylinder violet laser diodes. It provides the best performance among the CTP, displaying the full-format offset plates (B1 +) with sensitive photopolymer layer for high-quality commercial printing.



RECIRCULATION CtP FujiFilm Luxel V-Series was first introduced at IPEX in April 2002. The exhibition as a whole has shown that innovations in the field of CTP is now largely focused on the technologies of recording violet laser diodes for forming plates with sensitive photopolymer layer, providing the best value for the price - performance. Repeatedly noted by the prestigious multi-award winning recording technology on the inside of the cylinder povehnosti constitutes a high-quality recording, simplicity and reliability of the design. Violet lasers are highly reliable low-power (actual life before replacement is four years) and does not require sophisticated cooling systems.


New printing plates FUJIFILM Brillia LP-NV for CtP optimized for sensitivity to high-speed recording violet laser diodes.



Luxel Vx-9600 CTP positioned for the production of printing plates for almost all formats B1 presses and less. The plates can be supplied to the exposure unit wide and narrow side for optimal output forms for roll and sheet vehicles. Systems Luxel Vx-9600 CTP is available in three configurations:



- automatic with automatic loading plates in line processor and auxiliary devices for the transportation of finished plates and forms



- semi-automatic with manual loading of plates, a processor in a line, the auxiliary device for the transportation of finished forms,



- exposure unit and the processor separately.

Of particular note is the fact that within 6 months of the start of sales systems CtP Luxel V series has sold more than 100 devices, and one of them - in Russia, Izhevsk Polygraph.
