China and Bangladesh sign agreements on the stimulation of the garment industry
China and Bangladesh signed an agreement on the stimulation of the garment industry in both countries, and we intend to organize a committee for cooperation with the textile industry. According to the Association of Producers and Exporters of Bangladesh garments, the committee will be responsible for the promotion of mutual investment in the textile and apparel sector in both countries and to promote trade between the two countries. China will establish a research and development department to help the textile sector of Bangladesh, while Bangladesh said that China can use the Chinese platform for free access for the exports of Chinese textiles and apparel to the U.S. and the EU, reports fibre2fashion.
