General Director of Management Company #39;Titanium Valley#39; reported that construction zone in the first half of 2013 will be at the expense of the regional budget - in the treasury of the Middle Urals laid down 500 million rubles.
To receive funds from the federal budget, except for the application, you must modify the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation on the establishment of special economic zone in the Middle Urals. `Today, it is said that the project of special economic zones is realized only at the expense of the regional budget, we need to make changes, and provides that the federal co-financing #39;, - said Kyzlasov.
He also said that the #39;Titanium Valley#39; may soon see two new residents - December 28, the Supervisory Board of the SEZ will consider their application, then they will be discussed in the expert council of the Ministry of Economic Development and, finally, be able to conclude an agreement on participation in the project.
In particular, we are talking about Praxair - one of the leading manufacturers of industrial gases. `They will build a relatively small plant for the production of industrial gases in cylinders. At the second stage, they are going to build a gas separation plant for VSMPO. The first stage of investment is estimated in the region of 8.6 million euros, the second stage of the numbers they have not yet given `- said Artem Kyzlasov.
The second applicant for entry into the SEZ - Stroydormash Ural company, which plans to produce the first phase of the large-assembly of special building techniques and then work towards greater localization of production. Today an agreement in the expert council of Economic Development has been a resident of `4` Titanium Valley, three of them also have an agreement to participate in the project.
