KOSTROMSKAJa GOVERNMENT BUILDING PLAN Tourist Complex
A new luxury tourist complex with a farm, hotels and yacht club called `Romanov Ples#39; will be built on the border of Ivanovo and Kostroma regions, said Tuesday the administration of the region.
Over the next two years, the authorities intend to draw the Kostroma region of 80 million rubles from the federal budget for the construction of a new tourist complex Romanov `Reach #39;on the border with Ivanovo Region. On the territory of the municipal district Krasnoselski authorities intend to create a tourist and recreation cluster `Well of land` Kostroma, Ivanovo who will compete resorts.
`In a single complex is planned to combine several objects - tourist complex #39;Red Hill#39;, hotel cottage complex Romanov` Reach `Sumarokovo moose farm, ethnographic and craft village` `Kostroma patrimony, a yacht club and a center of active tourism #39;- said in a statement.
Authorities specify that the complex `will` Romanov Ples hotel chain restaurant-club `` Russian meal, park captive animal welfare and experimental farm. Tourist infrastructure moose farm will be located on the territory of 11.09 hectares. Around the tourist ships dock near the village of Red-on-Volga will be a new tourist and recreation area.
Investors in the project is the federal budget under the program #39;Development of domestic tourism in the Russian Federation for the years 2011-2018#39;, as well as the administration of the region, Krasnoselsk fraternity and private investors.
