Oil refinery plant worth $ 700 million to be built in the north of Afghanistan, the Amu Darya basin.

As the head of the Agency for Afghanistan Investment Support (AISA) Vafiulla Iftikhar, the plant will treat up to 60,000 barrels of oil per day.
