Nine-storey building of the National Library is located in the center of Grozny and is adjacent to the newly opened National Museum. Its facade is in the form of an open book. It consists of three functional units, combined into one set.
It will house an adult and children#39;s libraries, reading rooms on three floors, a winter garden, which will serve as a common area between the libraries for adults and children.
