PORT VANINO merges untreated sewage in the Bay of
The Prosecutor#39;s Office has revealed irregularities in the handling of coal. The audit showed that at the sites for the storage of coal no collection system and wastewater treatment, as a result of untreated sewage flows into the bay Vanina.
It is established that the maritime transport company `Bunker` Port, Port of Busan `` Company `Nord +` Company `` Far-ship repair company in violation of Art. 11 of the Water Code of the Russian part of the water used in the ports of Vanino and Sovetskaya Gavan without water use agreements.
In respect of these legal entities and their leaders filed cases on administrative offenses under Art. 7.6 Administrative Code.
Department RPN after consideration of the case admitted of all persons convicted and brought to account in meting out punishment in the form of fines.
Directed writs prohibiting the Port of Busan `` dump raw sewage into the bay Vanina and binding port to eliminate violations of environmental laws.
Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor#39;s Office monitors the examination of the prosecutor#39;s response.
